How To Join

You are initially encouraged to attend one of our friendly New Members’ Pub Nights (or occasionally coffee mornings), where you can find out more about the club and what we do.

Alternatively, to find out more please contact the Membership Secretary, Chris Cook on 07763 340136, cook.valentines@talktalk.net, or via the contact form below.

Then download and print the Membership Application Form and follow the instructions on the form.

Temporary Membership Offer

We offer a temporary membership for two months for £5.00.  This means you can attend any of our events during that time while you decide if the club is right for you.  After that you will be asked if you want to join as a full member.

We will require you to sign our Privacy Statement at the start of this temporary membership period, in order to protect our members’ and your personal data.

Please note that this offer applies only to people who have not previously been members of Oxfordshire IVC.   Anyone who has previously been a member at any time must pay the full membership fee on rejoining.

Full Membership fees are £25 for the 2026 calendar year (1st January – 31st December).

If you join part way through the year you pay on a sliding scale, £2.50 per month, (e.g. if you join in June your membership will be £15).  All members have the same renewal date of 1 January annually.

What your membership fee covers:-

Offering fantastic value for money, your membership fee will contribute to:

  1. Access to our electronic calendar where you see a diary of events to attend, or enter any events you wish to host
  2. Publicity costs, including the website
  3. Administration expenses
  4. Subsidies for some club events such as the annual summer party
  5. Our membership of the wider IVC associations of Great Britain through our membership of the aIVC at ivc.org.uk
